WriteTrackPro Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WriteTrackPro, a product of Sixth Moon Publishing LLC, a company registered in the State of Idaho, United States (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using WriteTrackPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use WriteTrackPro.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use WriteTrackPro. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are using WriteTrackPro on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Your Account

To use WriteTrackPro, you must create an account by providing your first and last name, a username, and a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You may not share your account with others, create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, or use another person’s account without permission.

3. Subscription and Billing

Free Trial

WriteTrackPro offers a 7-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required to begin your trial. At the end of the trial period, you will be prompted to subscribe to continue using the service.

Paid Subscription

After your free trial, WriteTrackPro is available for $9.99 USD per month. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method through Stripe on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to WriteTrackPro until that date. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months remaining after cancellation.

Refunds

If you are charged and wish to request a refund, you may do so within 7 days of the charge by contacting us at info@sixthmoonpublishing.com. Refund requests submitted after 7 days of the charge will not be honored. We reserve the right to grant or deny refund requests at our sole discretion.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our subscription pricing at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes before they take effect. Your continued use of WriteTrackPro after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use WriteTrackPro only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its related systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the application
• Use automated tools or scripts to access or interact with the service without our written permission
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content through the service
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Use the service to collect or harvest data about other users

5. Your Content

WriteTrackPro allows you to enter and store data including project names, word counts, time logs, and notes (“Your Content”). You retain full ownership of Your Content.

By using WriteTrackPro, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not access, analyze, sell, or share Your Content for any purpose beyond operating the platform.

You are solely responsible for Your Content. We are not liable for any loss or corruption of Your Content.

6. Account Termination and Deletion

Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time from within the WriteTrackPro application. Upon deletion, all of your personal data and project data will be permanently purged from our system. This action is irreversible and cannot be undone. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription — you must cancel your subscription separately before deleting your account to avoid future charges.

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the service in a way that harms other users or the platform. If your account is terminated for violating these Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

WriteTrackPro and all of its content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, and logos — are owned by Sixth Moon Publishing LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use WriteTrackPro for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the service without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

WriteTrackPro is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content within the service.

Your use of WriteTrackPro is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sixth Moon Publishing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use WriteTrackPro, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of WriteTrackPro shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of WriteTrackPro shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Idaho.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. We may also notify you by email if changes are significant. Your continued use of WriteTrackPro after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
